What if I've lost the prepaid return packaging?: Don't worry. Just contact us and let us know. We'll send you some new prepaid return packaging

What if I lose a book?: Just contact us. You'll just be charged for the replacement value.

What if I forget to return a book?: Don't worry about trying to remember dates. We'll send you a reminder when you've had the book for over six weeks. If you want more time to listen to your audiobook that is fine, you just need to get in touch with us.

What if a book I want is on loan to someone else?: We hold several copies of each audiobook and will do our utmost to make sure all our customers can listen to the books they want when they want. In the unlikely case that one of our books is out of stock when you order it we'll let you know immediately and give you the option to add this to your Wish List so that you're in line to rent it as soon as a copy comes back in.

Can you get me a special book?: Our library collection is growing all the time and we welcome our members' recommendations so if we don't have a book you are keen to listen to please contact us and let us know what you are looking for.

How many books can I read for my membership package?: We currently offer three membership packages which are based on your expected usage levels:; We will send you your chosen audiobook to read and then when you've returned this your next chosen audiobook will be immediately sent out (subject to stock levels). Only one audiobook will be dispatched at a time.

What formats are the audiobooks supplied on?: We currently only have books on CD format. It is ideal for us in that they are more robust and long lasting than tape and can cope with the process of postage, helping us to keep our costs down and keep up a high level of quality to you, our members.

I have changed my email address. How do I notify you so that I can still get my reminder emails?: To make sure you can receive our email notifications it is very important that the details we hold for you are current. They are easy to update. Just go to My Account, overwrite any incorrect details and then click on 'Save'

I normally just buy my audiobooks. Why should I join?: Don't forget that our prices include FREE postage and packaging to send the books out to you and for you to return them to us. And, there is no need to go out of your way to the shops or public library (with the hassle and hidden expenses this involves). We also save you the shelf space with all those books that you've listened to during, for example, only 3 or 4 trips to the office and then when finished with simply start gathering dust.; We do constantly review our offerings and prices and so, if it becomes possible in the future to offer lower priced packages then we certainly will. But at the moment it can cost us up to 50% of the membership fee to send a book out to you,and that's before we've paid for the return postage. For sure, if you find it easy to get to a bookshop and buy audiobooks then we’re not going to appeal to you! But, hopefully you'll join and see the benefits. Don't forget, you can cancel your membership at any time and we’re currently offering the first month’s rental for free too. top
Do you stock unabridged audiobooks?: Yes we do. It is possible to see what unabridged books we hold in the library by typing in ‘unabridged’ into the search field. This will display all the unabridged books we have. top
I’m looking for audiobooks that are read by a certain person – how do I find these?: It’s very easy to identify the audiobooks we have that are narrated by a certain person – simply type their name into the search field on the website. All the audiobooks that are read by that person will then be displayed. top
